The 2021’s edition of the PokerStars Players No Limit Hold’em Championship (PSPC) has been postponed because of the current sanitary situation. The event will take when things get back to normal at Casino Barcelona.
“We are excited to make the PSPC even bigger and better than our inaugural event in the Bahamas in January 2019. It made history as the richest and biggest $25,000 buy-in poker tournament and awarded more than $26.4 million to 181 players, with 43 of those players Platinum Pass winners. The final table produced six millionaires and a multi-millionaire in a Platinum Pass winner Ramon Colillas, who beat the massive field to take home the $5.1 million first-place prize”, said PokerStars in a press release.
The room added in the statement that this postponement will not affect any ongoing Platinum Pass promotions and the room will continue to award Platinum Passes. In total, 400 of its players are set to turn their Platinum Pass.
