Online gambling will be authorized in the State of New Jersey starting November 26th, at 9 AM local time.

Director of New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) David Rebuck has sent last week a notification to the Garden State’s land-based casinos stating that the online gaming websites will be authorized to launch legally on November 26th, providing that they have received an agreement from the DGE prior to that date. The authorized websites will have to go through a 5-day trial period before opening their doors to New Jersey’s residents. During this short time frame, websites will operate “normally” but with invited players only, which will allow DGE to validate the operations process and the website’s functioning. The list of authorized operators will be kept up to date on the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement website.
