After legalizing intra-state online gambling more than a year ago, Delaware has now published regulations for administering the practice in the State.
Delaware is one of the three states that have recently legalized intra-state online gambling alongside Nevada and New Jersey. Its centralized system is due to be regulated by the Delaware State Lottery but operated by a third-party vendor. Regulations posted earlier this week by the Delaware State Lottery, see individual online operators require to Partner with one of the state’s three land-based casinos and permitted to offer games including blackjack, poker and slots. The Delaware State Lottery revealed that it intends to accept public comment through the end of the month. Officials hope to launch the online gambling offer before the end of September.
